TokOpen
Sorting Office is ideal for high volume, distributed and
complex document capture environments. Two versions are
available, Sorting Office, which is ideal in environments
with good network connections and Sorting Office Remote,
which minimizes network traffic and is ideal for distributed
capture environment across slow network links.
Sorting Office speeds up the indexing process by optically reading scanned documents and extracting the relevant data or by importing data from existing systems.

Manager (ERM)
TokOpen ERM automatically captures,
indexes and imports high volume computer-generated reports, without ever producing hard copy.
ERM breaks the endless cycle of printing, storage and
distribution of hard copy reports and documents. It reverses
your rising print and administration costs, and releases
scarce storage space. Typical documents processed by TokOpen
ERM include sales invoices, payroll runs, and remittance
advice, to name a few.

TokOpen Web allows you to publish folders and
documents to your Intranet or the Internet with full access
and privilege security centrally within TokOpen. There
is no need to download plug-ins, standard web browsers
can be used to view authorised documents.
Provide browser based workflow, even link
office systems to TokOpen Web allowing users to access
documents on line across the organisation while working
within their other systems without having to install TokOpen
on their workstation.

Indexer allows users to
perform full text searches via the TokOpen Desktop or
via a standard web browser using TokOpen Web. The contents
of application documents, e-mails, transaction files,
web pages, scanned documents are all automatically full
text indexed. Users can perform simple free text searches
or advanced searching that includes synonym and phonic
search tools. Searches can be saved and set to run on
start up or at timed intervals. New documents added are
automatically full text indexed requiring no user or administrator
intervention.
